That's a great Mwod for the picture of me with my knee caving in on my front squat. Now, if only I could commit myself to the Mwods......

I appreciate that. It's actually a very educational picture. I have a form question, I think clearly my knees are caving in a bit, but what do you think about knee position over the toes? I was looking at front squat videos and this seems somewhat inevitable and likely worsened by my knee position, but I was wondering if you think I need to sit back more? I like on the Mwod video where it talks about the "pain face", which I'm clearly demonstrating here but maybe wouldn't if I did the Mwods regularly.
