Alot of what I see here are issues I could use to improve posture. My concern is that I have had several knee operations on both knees and no longer have cartledge in either lateral knee. That being said will these types of movements be hard on the knees or will i eventually overcome the aches/pains due to better form

Hey jarl, the movements if done correctly will help your body overall. Now depending on the damage in your knees, you may have a limited amount of movement. But the closer you can get to proper full range, the better position you will be in to move. If you avoid bending the way you should then you are forced to use other muscle that are not built for that function. You will end up recruiting the wrong muscles. Now of course the amount of weight may need yo be limited but getting as close to full range is most important. with any injuries you will need to also fight any inflammation with icing and fishoil also. Hope that helps!
