Well the team and I are heading down to LA today to mix it up with the best SoCal has to offer in the world of Crossfitters. The excitement is high! The workouts will be amazing and it will be a weekend to remember!!!! For anyone that is looking to go see it (and honestly all of you should because being surrounded by a stadium full of crossfitters is something you have to see to fully understand!!!) we will be at the Cal Poly Pomona Stadium! Find us in the "tent city" with a few pop up sun shades and our Inferno Banners!!!! We would love for you to come out and cheer us on!!!! There's NOTHING like your family backing you up!!!!
