So far my experiences with Crossfit have been great; very different from most peoples' basic workouts. These definitely tax my body much more than what I was doing before. And my #1 goal is to be able to beat Captain Grundler in at least 1 workout. BRING IT ON!

What's up, this is Cody from the level I cert in San Diego last week. I love the site man. Best of luck with the new affiliation and stay in touch!

What up??? I just went through the FFA with Steiner and he told me about your site. That's awsome that you got affiliated with crossfit and were able to make your own website. I'm a crossfit junkie myself. The engine workouts are great. I hope you'll be able to get it out on the CalFire website or the Intranet to let people know. I work in MMU and I'll spread the word around. This stuff is the best.

Just found your web site on the CF main page...I've been crossfitting from my garage in Paso Robles since finding the CF main site in August 2004. We live in a bit of a desert area of California for crossfit; many affiliates to the north and south of us, but never less than a 3 hour drive.
I am a little confused by the lack of info on the Inferno web site though - is this an affiliate only for firefighters? Do you have regular civilian types, (I work at Diablo Canyon, chemistry & radiation protection)?

Hey guys, I just wanted to say; GOOD JOB!!. I didnt really think that it was doing much besides hurting me on a daily basis, until I got home, after over 34 days on, and my wife liked what she saw. You have to have a sick mind to think all this stuff up Capt.... I like it! I look forward to all the work-outs. I have a few buds in BEU, and RRU that are gonna start pretty soon. Good job!

I've been a firefighter for going on 4 years and needed more than the basic gym workout. I was just introduced to crossfit and it's perfect for what we do. I wish every firefighter would incorporate this level of fitness into there lives! Keep up the intensity!
