Regular Group Workout Class in which you are lead and coached by one of our certified Crossfit Coaches. This class can accommodate the brand new and the seasoned veteran due to the scaling abilities of our trainers and the workout that we do. Since everyone does the same basic workout, the camaraderie and team cohesion grow!!

Our famous six one hour session program that gives you specialized instruction on most of the movements we do in the Inferno training. Each of the six sessions will include a small lecture on an important segment of Crossfit and why we do what we do, a couple movements for the day that are broken down so everyone is able to learn and improve on those moves, and then a small, but challenging, workout at the end that includes the movements from that day. This class will help you gain the maximum benefits from your workouts by teaching safety and efficiency in the movements. It is a REQUIREMENT FOR ALL Unlimited and 2/WK workout program members. You can start this class anywhere in the series!!
